The temperature sensors of the rail transit series are mainly used for real-time data collection, detection, and monitoring of the temperature of key parts of the running parts of rail vehicles. Due to the special installation location, the sensor must be able to meet the working conditions of high speed, high humidity, high cold, high intensity vibration impact, and high frequency temperature changes. We have accumulated years of research and design experience in the field of temperature sensors, improved process control processes, and advanced detection and verification methods. Through collecting a large amount of data, conducting multiple simulation experiments, and based on domestic and foreign rail transit product standards, combined with domestic actual operating conditions, we have taken the lead in developing domestically produced temperature sensors for rail vehicles that adapt to Chinese road conditions, and have reached the advanced level of similar international products.
